    Rainforest to Gold Rush: Mystery and history intertwine on the last major track of the coastal temperature rainforest as storytellers explore Canada’s greatest pandemic – Gold Fever. The pacific rainforest is vast and wild region of scattered islands, fabulous fjords and towering peaks. Ancient 100-metre cedars strain the sunlight as the wildlife watches warily from the shadows. This is a scared place – home to the rare white Kermode, or spirit bear. As the greenery changes and placid lakes give way to the desert-like terrain of gold country, listen carefully for the ghostly echoes of the prospectors who came to find their fortunes but often lost their lives.
