3. How can I modify or cancel my hotel booking?

Modifications to bookings are not permitted. You can cancel your booking by logging into your World Travel Studio account and visiting the "Manage My Bookings" section. To cancel a specific hotel booking, click on "View Booking" to check the cancellation fees and confirm if cancellation is permitted according to the booking conditions. Please note that cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel, and fees may apply.

We accept a variety of payment methods on World Travel Studio, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), PayLater, net banking from 58 banks, UPI, 8 mobile wallets, and other secure online payment options.

11. Can I change the dates of my booking?

Unfortunately, changing the dates of your booking on World Travel Studio is not available. Once a booking is confirmed, the dates are fixed. If you need to make any changes, you would need to cancel your current booking as per the hotel’s cancellation policy and make a new reservation.

 
12. Are taxes and fees included in the listed price?

The listed prices on World Travel Studio typically include most taxes and fees barring GST, which is shown on the booking page. However, taxes like city taxes, tourist fees, and resort fees are not included in the price, as they have to be paid directly at the hotel. These additional fees will be clearly displayed separately before you confirm your booking, so you’ll know exactly what is included in the total cost.

 
13. What happens if I don't show up at the hotel?

If you do not show up at the hotel without prior cancellation, as per the hotel’s cancellation policy, the full amount of your booking will be charged as a "no-show" fee. Please be sure to review the hotel’s cancellation policy on World Travel Studio before booking to avoid any charges in case of a change in your plans.

 
14. Can I make special requests for my hotel booking?

Yes, you can mention special requests (such as early check-in, late check-out, late check-in, anniversary celebration, birthday celebration, or any other special occasion) in the "Booking Comment" section on the checkout page during the booking process on World Travel Studio. However, these requests are subject to availability and the hotel’s policies. You can also contact the hotel directly to make any special requests or confirm availability. Please note that the hotel will determine if they can accommodate your request.
